Monaco is a poor place to visit by hire car. Parking is scarce and expensive, the tunnels all look alike, and half the streets on the Rock are closed to traffic. With a chauffeur you step out at each site and get back in wherever you like.
A typical day starts on the Rock before the crowds, continues through the port and the Casino, and ends with a lap of the Grand Prix circuit — which your chauffeur talks you through, corner by corner.

Visit the Rock in the morning: by midday the cruise coaches arrive and the lanes become hard going. In May the Grand Prix circuit is under construction for three weeks and some streets close — the visit still works, the route simply changes.
